Our compassionate team is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment where residents feel at home everyday.

My greatest joy is making our residents happy, comfortable, and truly feel at home
Amber Dove is the Executive Director at Hope Springs and has proudly served the community for the past 10 years. She began her journey with Hope Springs as the Business Office Coordinator and worked diligently to earn her Administrator License, advancing into her current leadership role. Amber’s passion for senior care was inspired by caring for her mother, which led her to pursue a career dedicated to serving others. My greatest joy is making our residents happy, comfortable, and truly feel at home, and I am grateful for the compassionate team that provides exceptional care each day, creating an environment that truly feels like home rather than just a workplace. Outside of the community, Amber enjoys spending quality time with her family, being outdoors, and relaxing with a good book. Giovanna was inspired to enter the field to gain the experience needed to care for her own parents
Giovanna Lowry (Mrs. G) is the Life Enrichment Coordinator at Hope Springs Assisted Living and has worked in senior living for 16 years. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and licensed Life Enrichment Coordinator, Giovanna was inspired to enter the field to gain the experience needed to care for her own parents and believes every senior deserves compassion, respect, and quality care. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with residents and enjoying their unique personalities and life stories. When she’s not planning activities and creating memorable experiences, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, singing, attending concerts, and eating Japanese cuisine.

I chose to work in assisted living because I wanted a career that was meaningful and made a difference in people’s lives
My name is Lori Bass, and I am the Dietary Manager at Hope Springs Assisted Living. I have proudly been part of the Hope Springs family for the past nine years. I chose to work in assisted living because I wanted a career that was meaningful and made a difference in people’s lives. Every day, I am reminded that I made the right choice. One of the greatest joys of my job is the relationships I have built with our residents. They greet me with smiles, make me feel like part of their family, and remind me why I love what I do. What makes Hope Springs truly special is the way our entire team comes together to ensure every resident feels safe, cared for, and valued. I am CPR certified and ServSafe certified, but if you ask our residents, they’ll tell you my specialties are my homemade grits and the desserts I prepare—especially the ones that bring back fond memories of home. Outside of work, I am blessed with a wonderful family, including six sons and seven grandchildren. I enjoy gardening, caring for my farm animals, and spending time with the people I love. One of my favorite quotes is, “A happy family is but an earlier Heaven.” That quote reminds me daily of how fortunate I am to have both a loving family at home and an amazing work family at Hope Springs. I look forward to many more years of serving our residents with compassion, kindness, and a warm meal made with love.
